It’s very clear Erika is really in tune with the market - in Williamson county which is her speciality but also in Nashville, where we sold our home. She was very proactive about informing us about what to expect and what next steps were. Erika sold our house in spring 2021. I truly do not think there is another agent as good as she is! She checked all our boxes of what we needed in a realtor.
